Welcome to EhliyetMobil. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. This Privacy Policy explains how we process information in our driving test preparation app.

Information We Collect Directly

Subscription ID: An anonymous user ID is generated via the RevenueCat service to manage your premium subscription status. This identifier does not directly include your name, email, or contact information; however, because it is a persistent identifier, it may be considered indirectly identifiable personal data under KVKK and GDPR. See the "Subscription Management (RevenueCat)" section below for details.

Local Study Data: Test scores and study progress are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

Information Processed via Advertising Service

EhliyetMobil uses only Google AdMob to support the free version. We have no integration with any other ad network.

Ads shown in our app (in rewarded ad format) are non-personalized / contextual ads. This means we do not show ads targeted based on your interests, behavior, or demographic profile. However, AdMob may process the following technical data to serve ads, perform basic measurement, and prevent fraud:

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Children's Privacy

EhliyetMobil is designed for users preparing for driving license exams. Because the app does not collect personal information and does not require an account, it carries a low data risk. Nevertheless, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; this is a general assurance that applies regardless of our app's target audience.

Access and Deletion

Ad Settings

The ads shown in our app are already non-personalized. However, if you wish to reset your device-level advertising ID or fully restrict ad personalization:

Upgrade to the premium version to remove all ads.

Analytics Choices

Firebase Analytics is required for app functionality and improvement. Collected data is anonymized and cannot be used to personally identify you.

Data Retention

The device ID is retained only for as long as necessary to provide premium subscription services. When you uninstall the app, all local data is automatically removed from your device. You can contact us to request deletion of your device ID from our backend systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Our Compliance Approach

This policy has been prepared based on the core principles of KVKK (transparency, data minimization, purpose limitation). Our app is primarily aimed at users in Turkey. Because the data collected does not contain personal information and no user account is required, our data processing scope is limited. We apply the same data minimization principles for users from the European Union or other regions.
